Built-to-Spec Services

Some projects I am asked to help with don’t require all the service I offer at Fusion Metal Designs. Built-to Spec is a simple way of defining the projects that don’t need to be designed by me or installed by me.

I created this independent service intentionally for contractors, sub-contractors, project leads, and architects. However, I encourage anyone to take advantage of it. Many non-affiliated individuals have found it useful for small batch repeatable items or a welding step of a personal project. 

If you are a contractor, sub-contractor, project lead, or a architect, I am honored that you are considering me to enhance your project. If it is determined that I can complete your project within your expected timeline and to your specifications. You can use this service by submitting your files directly through my website at anytime.

Regular updates of progress are included as a part of this specific service because I know how valuable scheduling is on your project. With multiple trades and multiple deadlines, I certainly don’t want to be the reason you can’t provide accurate completion times to your client.

Once the project is completed, it can be staged and ready for pick up at my location or scheduled for delivery. Also, if predetermined, your completed project can be shipped from my location to you directly if desired.
